Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and any carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within AUSTRALIA. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays/damage caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
