At Honey and Walnuts Botanicals, we put love and care into every handmade item. Because our products are personal care items, we have a strict but fair returns policy.
1. Due to Hygiene & Safety:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items for change of mind, not enjoying the scent of product chosen.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged via post we may offer a discount on the next purchase(this will be determined on a case by case evaluation).
If you have received an incorrect order will will organise for your correct items to be shipped and paid postage to return the incorrect one/s.

3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. We can’t guarantee cancellation after this point, as we may begin processing your order.
4. Returns Due to Allergy or Skin Sensitivity
We clearly list all ingredients on each product page. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review these before purchase. We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions.
