4. Order Processing and Shipping Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs (for international orders).
5. Returns and Exchanges Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges even if the product arrives damaged as shipping is out of our control. The occasional leak can happen with our rollers, body oils and mists. During summer months our balms can also melt and soften during transit. To report an issue: Email us at honeyandwalnuts@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
