Can I return a product?

Unfortunately we connect accept returns, due to hygiene purposes and most of our products having contact with the skin. 

What if I'm unhappy with a product?

We love customer feedback in order to improve our products so it is perfect for you. Please reach out to us about your concerns in a respect full way. 

We encourage our customers to carefully read the product description to ensure you are happy with ingredients, scents etc. 

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund a product if the scent was not to your liking. 

We are happy to hear if you think a particular scent was overpowering another in a product.

I can't smell my scrub bar?

We have 3 soapy scrub bars, 2 of which have gentle scents as per their description.

As we do not use unnatural harsh fragrance and a hot process soap method, achieving a strong smelling soapy scrub bar with essential oils can be tricky.

We are working on incorporating cold process scrub bars to ensure the essential oils are more present. STAY TUNED!

Some of my products leaked in transit, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot refund a product if it leaked during transit. As we cannot personally delivery ourselves, we are trusting couriers to handle our products with care and if the weather is hot as well it is something well out of our control.
